Wingaersheek Beach | MA Family Session | Portraits by Request

Every year I photograph just a few families together for the holidays before it gets too cold outside. The B family is one of my favorite families to photograph, and I enjoyed doing a session with the newborn twins at their new house last October. This year, we got more of the family involved, and changed to a cool Massachusetts beach location. I was astounded by the pleasant weather we experienced at Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester. Of course it was windy by the water, and although we scheduled for the late morning to take advantage of the universally good hour for children (10-11am) we still only had a short window to photograph all four kids.
I love the images from this two-family portrait session. Each one is like a little treasure, documenting the children on that particular day with their little matching sweaters.
I have several favorite images from the session as you can see, but the one of Bret and Anya together above ranks the highest. I love to see interaction between daddies and daughters.
