In February I had a chance to visit a new and wonderful place. It’s called Napa, and it’s wine country north of San Francisco.
We did a shoot at a vineyard, and one at an abandoned train station. Over two days I worked with a beautiful model called Kayla with borrowed cameras and a plastic holga. [ view photos ]

Napa is probably the most overall stunningly beautiful place I have been for a long time. I loved it all.
So. Now I really really really want to shoot a Napa wedding. Anyone?

Abby and Craig has a wonderfully intimate and heartfelt wedding celebration on January 19. They brought us from Boston to NYC to be a part of their day. I loved the spot they chose to do photos with the Manhattan skyline behind them… and their family, from Ireland and the Netherlands, were a riot

Here are a couple of my new favorite images from our February 29 wedding.
(I feel so lucky to have such talented friends.)
These photos were taken by my good friend, the talented
Portsmouth-area photographer Gwyneth Dahler.
